Leket and presentations

Today's lanuguage of the day: Spanish brought to you by laziness

Hola, Bonitas/os ( hello, beautifuls)

Today was a very fun and hands on day. It started out with our counselor a surprising us with some good old-fashioned bagels, which really hit the spot, an was the first real breakfast I have had in about a week. Then we proceeded to the Beit Knesset/ gathering place, where we all did our Zionist skits. They were all pretty funny, but ours was the best. Our story was that I ( Ze'ev Vladimir Jabotinsky) was wondering the desert trying to spread revisionist Zionism. I then bump into a couple of bedouins, and the story goes on from there. It was very funny and humerous, especially to our CORE teacher, Mordechai. He was practically peeing his pants. Then we had a meeting with the marketing directors at Muss, and had a discussion about why people would want to go on the trip and what are some reasons why maybe you woukn't embark on the once in a lifetime journey of your life. I totally support Muss and it's programs and will vouch for them until I die. This is an amazing experience, and it's not even over yet. If you have any thoughts of going to Israel during your high school education, GO ON ALEXANDER MUSS. If you need some convincing just read this blog and all of the stories that come with it. Now back to the day. After the meeting we went to go pick oranges for the needy, at a place called Leket. It was really chill and inspiring to know that something so easy and fun, liking picking fruits, could save someone's life. Also I have pictures of everyone picking fruit, I'll post them at the bottom. After we got back the boys went to go play soccer since it was the only free time we have had for weeks. It was great as usual, and now I want to play 24/7. After I kicked the soccer ball out of the court to a place unknown, we all left. Then went to dinner, and after dinner the boys and myself went to go play basketball; which was ok, but know where near as enjoyable as soccer is. And now I am just sitting in the main area typing this blog and sooner or later have to get ready for this silly New Years party that won't end until around 1:00 a.m, I don't know what time the ball drope here but happy new year to everyone, and may the odds be ever in your favor:)

Feliz año de Nuevo! ( Happy New Year!)
