Yesterday was normal with all of the sequential classes and Core class, so I decided not to post because it would be boring. Today has also been pretty boring so far, but I thought I would give a little update about what is happening and what is going to happen on the trip and in my life here. Starting from last night, mosey and I studied for our first unit test for a round 4 hours until neither one of us could sit still, we went over the essay questions that Mordechai gave us and all of our notes form the class. The rest of the night was pretty boring except the fact that everyone heard back if they became ozo (counselor in training) or not. Three people on our trip applied, Isaac, Noah, and Gabe. Isaac and Noah were on the list but Gabe was not, I think he should have gotten it because he is a great guy and good with kids, bu I'm not on the Herzl board. He is still optimistic about what happened, and is still having fun like the normal Gabe usually does. Now to this morning, we had our unit test today, it took very long time, and I wrote a total of 7 pages on the essay part of the test, it was very annoying about how much we had to write, and towards the end of the paper my hand was completely cramped and I could barely read what I was writing. After it was over it started hailing, a lot, a took a picture of it.
Our counselors were confused about what was coming from the sky. Now I am just sitting in the center of the dorm pondering my possibilities for this free weekend. Mosey and I were supposed to go to Jerusalem for the free weekend, but the roads to Jerusalem are closed so we can't go there. Sorry Ben, I'll see you on the third weekend. Bye Bye Everyone, looks like were spending the weekend here.
Gihilla Ennam (bye in Sri Lankan) everyone

ReplyDeleteMy favorite free weekend was when I stayed on campus. You will find something fun to do. I remember the tests and how hard they were, sorry for my warning you about that.
